Info regarding Corona

Remember you must be able to present Corona passports when served indoors. The corona passport must show a negative test that is a maximum of 72 hours, that you have been vaccinated or have been registered infected within the last six months. You must still wear a mask, except when sitting at the table. If you are a resident, the Corona passport must be valid every time you visit the restaurant – not just on arrival.

Last round at 22.00 the restaurant closes at 23.00

Until 21 May, the assembly ban is 25 people inside and 75 people outside.

In the heart of Funen, where the road between Odense and Faaborg crosses the Odense River, is Brobyværk Kro. The Inn has been royally privileged since 1732. With new ownership in 2020 a renovation of the entire Inn has been made. The changes have preserved Brobyværk Kro as an authentic inn but in contemporary development.

Brobyværk Kro has 3 beautiful banquet- and meeting rooms, 1 a la carte restaurant, 17 rooms, 1 bar and 1 TV room.

The central location is the perfect meeting place for gathering across the country. But also the perfect starting point to experience beautiful Funen; nature, city life, the sea and a wealth of sights.

The restaurant of Brobyværk Kro expresses the passion for Danish/French cuisine. With respect for the traditional Danish kitchen, the chefs add a modern touch. Dishes inspired by the French brasserie is served in a way in which they belong in a Danish inn. The products in the kitchen are fresh and seasonal, bought with focus on shopping locally – yet, the wine list will send you a tour around the world.

The Inn’s 17 rooms are all equipped with bathroom and toilet, TV, internet, desk and wardrobe. Free parking is available. All stays have breakfast included.
