Experience or relive the unique brunch that the Inn's Chef Brian Madsen conjured up in his time at historic restaurant Lindetræet. The setting of the serving is new, though still historic. And the brunch so popular that, since Brian started at Brobyværk Kro, it has been in demand from near and far.
The brunch is not traditionally served as a buffet, but instead as a combination of small servings - some on platters others per person. The servings reflect the very essence of the brunch concept: combining breakfast and lunch. In addition, it is taken into account that lunch for some is cold food, while for others it is hot food. The whole experience is rounded off with a sweet punch.
