Inn mini vacation is a great idea
An inn mini vacation at Brobyværk Kro is two days of pure relaxation and enjoyment for the soul. The inn has an ideal location when you want to be close to all the many Funen experiences; the market towns, the sea, shopping, nature and attractions.
But when you go on a 2-night inn mini vacation, you'll also have plenty of time to enjoy the tranquil surroundings in your room. And you can also book a room with a view of the Odense River, which winds past some of the Inn's rooms. When the sun shines, there's plenty of space on the inn's terrace, and if the weather calls for indoor coziness, there's fire and warmth in the fireplace in the cozy Krostue - the heart of the inn. Whatever the weather, the bar has a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Whether you want to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee, quench your thirst with refreshing beers, juices and exciting cocktails, or warm up with a avec, the bar is the place to be.
On your inn mini vacation, arrival is from 14:00 and once you have settled into your room, we serve coffee and cake in one of our rooms. The evening offers a 2-course menu, either starter, main course or main course, dessert. And if you're inspired by our a la carte menu, we can always upgrade with a dish.
The next day, breakfast is served with home-baked bread and a careful selection of home-made and particularly tasty products from Funen.
A mini-break at Brobyværk Kro is a great starting point for getting around Funen. And we can take care of lunch with a cozy picnic for the trip.
You can also explore the inn and the surrounding area. There are three hikes starting from the inn. You can enjoy lunch in the bright, newly renovated rooms, which, combined with artifacts from a bygone era, is a small historical experience in itself. Tables can be booked from 12:00.
The gastronomic highlight of the mini-break is the 3-course menu served on day two. The menu will be composed as starter, main course and dessert. The cuisine is based on the inn's historical roots as a Danish inn, but with a modern approach and inspiration from French brasserie cuisine.

Et mini kroophold hos os er den perfekte mulighed for at koble af og samtidig opleve noget af det bedste, Fyn har at byde på. Kroen ligger centralt placeret, så du nemt kan tage på udflugt til de hyggelige havnebyer Svendborg og Faaborg, besøge det eventyrlige Egeskov Slot eller gå på opdagelse i den smukke natur i Svanninge Bakker, også kendt som “Fyns Alper”.
Efter en dag fyldt med oplevelser kan du vende tilbage til kroens hyggelige rammer, nyde en lækker middag i restauranten og slappe af i komfortable værelser.
