An inn stay at Brobyværk Kro is the opportunity to enjoy everything that provides a small break from everyday life. By the babbling brook in the backyard there is access to hiking trails into the surrounding beautiful nature. You are in the middle of Funen, and the distance to the many Funen attractions, shopping towns, beaches, city life and beaches are within the same short radius. An inn stay is also the joy of being able to sit back in your room, enjoy the sun from the terrace or feel the atmosphere in the cosy Krostue - the heart of the inn. Here the fire crackles when it's windy outside. In the bar there is a nice selection of coffee; Cafe' latte, cappuccino and the quick espresso. We also make a point of offering exciting cocktails, and a wide range of spirits, local beers, exciting juices and wonderful wines.

When you book an inn stay, you will arrive from 14:00 and coffee and cake will be served in one of the rooms after you have settled into your room. You can also start your stay with a bite to eat. Lunch in the bright, newly refurbished rooms, combined with historical effects, is an ideal way to get the full experience of staying in an inn. Tables can be booked from 12 noon.

The inn stay takes its gastronomic climax with the evening menu. Three wonderful dishes will be put together with the historical roots as a Danish inn, but with a modern approach, and inspiration from the French brasserie cuisine. The menu will consist of starter, main course and dessert. And should you be tempted by looking at our a la carte menu, we can always upgrade with a dish.

Breakfast should be a relaxing and tasteful end to your visit. We serve a breakfast, which of course includes home-baked, home-pickled and a taste of specially selected Funen products.
