Kroophold på en moderne kro i autentiske rammer
A stay at Brobyværk Kro is the opportunity to enjoy everything that gives you a little break from everyday life. The trickling river in the backyard provides access to hiking trails in the surrounding beautiful nature. You're in the middle of Funen, and the distance to the many attractions, shopping towns, beaches, city life and beaches is within the same short radius. An inn stay is also the joy of being able to sit back in your room, enjoy the sun from the terrace or feel the atmosphere in the cozy Krostue - the heart of the inn. Here the fireplace crackles when it's stormy outside. In the bar there is a great selection of coffee; Cafe' latte, cappuccino and the quick espresso. We have also made a virtue of offering exciting cocktails and a large selection of spirits, local beers, exciting juices and fine wines.
Når I bestiller et ophold, er der ankomst fra kl. 14.00, og der kan serveres kaffe og kage i et af husets lokaler, efter I har fundet jer til rette på værelset. I kan også starte opholdet med lidt at spise. En frokost i de lyse nyistandsatte lokaler, som er kombineret med historiske effekter, er en oplagt måde at få den fulde oplevelse af at være på kroophold. Bord kan bestilles fra kl. 12.00.
Kroopholdet tager sit gastronomiske højdepunkt med aftenens menu. To – fem skønne retter alt efter hvilket ophold I har bestilt vil blive sammensat med afsæt i de historiske rødder som dansk kro, men med moderne tilgang, og inspiration fra det franske brasseriekøkken.
Breakfast should be a relaxing and tasteful end to your visit. We serve a breakfast that of course includes home-baked, home-pickled and a taste of specially selected products from Funen.
