Brunch company
Brunch at Brobyværk Kro is something very special and inspired by chef Brian Madsen's time at the historic Restaurant Lindetræet. The setting for the servings is new, albeit still historic. And the brunch is so popular that since Brian started at Brobyværk Kro, it has been in demand from near and far.
Brunch is not traditionally served as a buffet, but instead as a combination of small servings - some on platters, others per person. The servings reflect the very basics of the brunch concept; combining breakfast and lunch. It also takes into account that for some people lunch is cold food, while for others it's hot food. The whole glory ends with the sweet ending.
