Blanc de Blanc, 1st Cru, completely dry - Grape juice from the white grape (Chardonnay). Harvested by hand. This wine reveals all the know-how of the Veuve Fourny house blended from different parcels and from different harvests: purity, finesse and elegance. To clarify the origin of our sites, our cuvée is called Monts de Vertus. It consists only of Chardonnay coming from our vines over 50 years old, located in the middle of the mountainside on a flush chalk that produces wines of great aging with their very pure, mineral and saline style. This Smaragd is one of Domäne Wachau's top Grüner Veltliners, where grapes are sourced from small terraces between Loiben and Spitz. It is in this Smaragd that Grüner Veltliner shows its enormous potential. Good sun exposure and a microclimate influenced by the Danube River provide the grape with optimal growing conditions. Smaragd is a classification in the Wachau where the wine contains a higher alcohol content than the other classifications such as Federspiel and Steinfeder.

Rinaldo Rinaldi is the man behind Villa Rinaldi. The winery has its roots dating back to the last century, but the way it looks today is largely due to Rinaldo Rinaldi. Back in the 60s, he revolutionized the winery. Until then, they had been producing classic Verona wines such as Amarone della Valpolicella for generations. Rinaldi made agreements with a number of farmers who had fields and vines that fulfilled all his wishes. He found them in the Adige Valley. The contracts he drew up back then are the ones that are still in use today.
This Amarone is the expression of a new philosophy where elegance and grace combine to create a unique and surprising result. A captivating aroma that delivers generous notes of cherry, Amarena cherry and plum. An extraordinary new Amarone that is both enticing and inviting. Dark berries and plums and a long spicy finish. The Bellati winery is a biological farm run by Maria Carla. Located on the beautiful hills of the spa town of Monterosso in Acqui Terme, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Since 2000, they decided to switch to biological cultivation to improve the soil and for health reasons, without poisons.
It is a family-run business where production is carried out in the traditional way, handed down from generation to generation.
