Name list for rooms must be provided 2 weeks before the event (only for parties with resident guests)
Final number of adults, children with children's menu and children without catering must be provided 2 weeks before the event
We must receive a table plan for the event 1 week before the event
Agreed menus are subject to adjustments due to seasonal fluctuations and availability of ingredients.
Special diets must be notified 1 week before the event
Place cards, decorations, etc. that we need to arrange must be delivered no later than the day before the event
Payment is made in full on departure or by invoice unless otherwise agreed - must be notified 1 week before the event. We do NOT accept individual payment for e.g. drinks unless this has been agreed in advance. EAN invoicing is subject to a DKK 200 administration fee.
The time frame for the company confirmation is valid and must be adhered to. If agreed on the day, an extension can be made for a fee (DKK 1200 per hour) if it is possible for us.
