As Christmas approaches, it's a time for joyful reunions with family, friends and colleagues. Christmas at Brobyværk Kro tastes a bit like a classic Christmas, but with a touch of modernity and inspiration from French cuisine. The atmosphere is idyllic from a bygone era, but in a contemporary setting.
When it's cold and the wind is blowing, we light up the two fireplaces in the house. It warms so wonderfully and gives such a cozy atmosphere. It is possible to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere from other happy Christmas guests. If you are a larger or smaller company that needs a more private party, we have the option of setting up in one of the house's party or banquet rooms. Brobyværk Kro is located in the heart of Funen, and is therefore an obvious place to meet for happy reunions at Christmas. If you are coming from far away, or if you need snaps for the occasion, we are happy to make up for you in our 17 rooms.
